Dear Hearts,
 
As we enter into February, the month of the heart, my focus is the opening of my heart.  During this month, I ask you to join me on this great adventure.  It has been said that the longest journey we will ever take is from the head to the heart.  

My work this month is to open my own heart to a different level than my heart has ever opened.  To accept, first off, myself.  To stop any critical thinking of both myself and others.  To stop the critical voice inside that persists with questions such as "if only", "what if" "could have", "should have".  This is the month that I release anything or anyone that may have caused me to close my heart.  

Now, I look toward the future, trusting that the best is yet to be and allow my heart to open as a flower in the spring.
